AU: Free Australia Post shipping within Australia.
International: $19.95, or free for more than 3 pots.

Can I return my pot?

Unfortunately, as the pots are custom made and not 're-printable', we are unable to accept returns in all cases other than where there is an issue of defects or faults with a pot received.

Safe arrival guarantee

Firstly, rest assured that damage in transit doesn't happen often! The pots are packaged securely using protective honeycomb hex wrap (which is both recyclable and compostable!) and placed inside an eco-friendly cardboard box.

That said, where the postal service has been too rough and your pot arrives in less than perfect condition please email homeisagreenhouse@gmail.com and we'll assist you in organising a replacement.
