Shipping Info
How much is shipping in Australia?
Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post and are FREE for all Australian orders.
How much is International shipping?
All international orders are shipped with Australia Post. Shipping on international orders is $19.95 AUD or FREE for orders of 3 or more pots.
Any there any locations you cannot ship to?
Yes. While we try to ship to as many destinations as possible, please be advised that we're presently unable to ship to the following locations:
Algeria- Cuba - Iran - Islamic Republic Of Korea - Israel - Democratic People's Republic Of North Korea - Kuwait- Latvia - Morocco - Nepal - Nigeria - Pakistan - Russia - Saudi Arabia - Sudan - Syria.
When will my order be sent?
Once orders are placed and all required details provided, they will be made up and shipped within 3 working days. As soon as your order has been processed you will receive confirmation via email complete with tracking information.
Returns Info
Can I return my pot?
Unfortunately, as the pots are custom made and not 're-printable', we are unable to accept returns in all cases other than where there is an issue of defects or faults with a pot received.
What do I do if my pot arrives damaged?
Firstly, rest assured this doesn't happen often! The pots are packaged securely using protective honeycomb hex wrap (which is both recyclable and compostable!) and placed inside an eco-friendly cardboard box.
That said, where the postal service has been too rough and your pot arrives in less than perfect condition please email homeisagreenhouse@gmail.com and we'll assist you in organising a replacement.
